Vishnu stands, thinks, and then says, you have to bring the Mandara Mountain into the Milky Ocean. Then you will have to bring the serpent Vasuki and tie him around it. Then you will have to churn the ocean get the amrita and destroy the asuras. But you will have to churn the ocean with the asuras. Then show devas bow agreeing and walk away. Next show the mean asura king. Then show devas come and bow. Devas ask- You along with us will have to churn the milky ocean to get the amrita and become strong. For that we will need your help to bring the Mandara Mountain to the Milky Ocean and tie the serpent Vasuki around it. Will you kindly help us? Asura says surely. We are strong. Let us go. Go to left corner of the stage and show pushing of the Mandara Mountain. Then show water and mountain inside. Then show snake around shikaram. Then asuras head side and devas tail side. Begin to churn slowly. Then show snake dizzy. Poison out of snake. Mountain tumbling side to side. Devas running asuras running. Pray to Narayana. Vishnu sees and smiles. Body, takes form of turtle. Krithika's homework to help with her Varnam. This is from November 12th, 2003. Her varnam is Naadanai Azhaithu Vaa in Kambodhi.

Dearest Vidya Akka,
Here is my homework.
Love
Krithi

VALLI - Shoo! Shoo! Stupid crows, get out of here! It sure is hot outside today! I'll just sit here and rest a little bit. (Valli starts to daydream about Lord Muruga)

VALLI - Oooh(yawning) I better get back to work. Hey! I see someone coming.

MURUGA(AS HUNTER) : Did you see a deer come running here??

VALLI - NO! (answering stubbornly)

MURUGA - It had beautiful fish shaped eyes like yours!!

VALLI - (even madder) I didn't see any deer come this way. Be gone!!

NEXT DAY....

VALLI - Shoo! Shoo! (driving the birds away with her friends)

MURUGA (AS BANGLE SELLER) - Bangles!! Bangles!!

SAKHI - Look Valli!! Bangles, let's go buy some.

Valli goes with friends

SAKHI - Valli, you go first.

BANGLE SELLER - Try these ones! It'll suit your skin color. (Puts bangles on her. Starts to touch her hand and caress it instead of putting the bangles.)

VALLI - You idiot! Stop it!

Valli and friends go away..

NEXT DAY

MURUGA (AS OLD MAN) - Oooh! I am thirsty!

VALLI - (sees the old man) Old man, what do you want?

OLD MAN - I would just like some water please!!

VALLI gives water

VALLI - Do you want anything else??

OLD MAN - I would like to marry you.

VALLI - NO WAY!!

OLD MAN keeps following her and asks her to marry him.

Valli hears an elephant coming and gets scared..

OLD MAN - Valli, what are you afraid of?

VALLI - Nothing.... except elephants.

Valli sees an elephant approaching, screams and hugs the old man.
Old man turns into Lord Muruga. Valli cannot believe her eyes. She is scared and crying, laughing and happy at the same time.

Valli and Lord Murga get married...
